As many of you know, I have southern roots and love Cajun flavored dishes.
I also have an autoimmune disease called Celiac disease.

That means I cannot eat dairy, wheat, rye, barley, or gluten.
If a Celiac ingests even the smallest crumb-
We wish for death!!!
The sickness really is thaaaat bad and a lot of GF recipes are terrible!!

When I develop a damn good recipe
it is my duty, as a former foodie, to share it with the world!

This is something I haven’t talked about on the blog very much.
Since people are clicking on it quite a bit,
that tells me there’s an interest in decorative wall treatments.

I have some exciting plans in store for 2017.

Things sure have changed a lot since I lost my old blog back in 2010,
but at the same time, things are still very much the same.

People still love a good before and after,
learning how to do something,
and finding fresh decorating ideas.
