Welcome back to TFT!
This week our features are sharing more decorating ideas for the fall season.
We have fall looks using traditional fall colors along with softer faded neutral fall decor styles
and a DIY wreath made from book pages.
There are so many things to love this week.
Here’s a look at some of my fall decor from last year.
Check out this Thanksgiving holiday tablescape inspiration from last year.
I’m wrapping up the last of my fall touches around the house.
A giant windstorm with 80 mph winds ripped through Anchorage last night and it’s still whipping around a bit.
We’ll see if it calms so I can put a few things out on the front porch.
Kari Ann from Thistlewood farm shared a tutorial for how to make a fall wreath from book pages.
Rosemary and Thyme shared her traditional French inspired tablescape using warm rusty browns and mustard yellow tones.
Angelina from Peonies and Orange Blossoms shared a rustic French fall inspired vignette using a collection of velvet pumpkins and corn.
Terry from Forever Decorating shared her fall home tour filled with plenty of color and ideas for decorating indoors and out.
I love that so many of the ideas shared here today are quick and easy no fuss seasonal decor.
Fresh or faux pumpkins,
a few flowers,
add your favorite fall colors
and you have a fabulous fall look that will hold through Halloween & Thanksgiving.
Stick a few crows in, creepy but cute spiders, some skulls or skeletons and it’s a whole new look for Halloween.
If you’re looking that far ahead, head over to my Halloween decor post.
